What the assistant can compute for you
The figures the assistant works out live, the ones it cannot, and how it tells you.
This article is for the administrators who run an organisation's Portava portal.

The administrator assistant answers from Portava's guides and your organisation's content. It can also compute figures live from your data.
Figures it can give
Member counts and growth, renewals due and lapsed, engagement and inactive members, and revenue split between memberships and events. Also event registrations, check-ins and attendance, views and link clicks where tracked, forum participation, and what needs attention. These are the same calculations the Dashboard uses.
How it says what it does not know
If something is not tracked, such as an event with no check-ins or views before tracking started, it says "not tracked". It never says zero. It never estimates a figure, and it never quotes a price, fee or rate it cannot see.
What it will not do
It sees only your organisation's data and says so if asked about another. It cannot change anything. Every action it suggests comes with a link to the screen where you do it.
