What Portava sets up for you, and what you manage yourself
Branding, domain, currency, the first import and single sign-on are set by Portava. Everything else is yours from the administrator portal.
In short
- Portava sets your logo, colours, fonts, currency, web address and email domain before first login.
- Ask through Support to change them; branding changes are made the same day.
- Tiers, members, events, content, campaigns, integrations and your team are all yours.
Some parts of your portal are set by the Portava team rather than from your settings. They affect every page and every email, so they are set once, carefully, before your first login. Everything else is yours.
Set by Portava
- Your logo, in light and dark versions.
- Your colours, fonts and theme.
- Your country and currency. Currency locks once you take your first payment.
- Your web address, including a custom domain where you have one.
- Your email sending domain, so campaigns go from your own address.
- The initial import of your members from your CSV.
- Single sign-on with your identity provider, where you use one.
To change any of these, contact us through Support with what you would like changed. Logo, colours and fonts are changed the same day. Letting you change them yourself is on our roadmap.
