Portava is a platform for membership organisations. Each organisation gets its own portal: a private space where members sign in, find each other, book events and read what the organisation publishes, and an administrator portal where the team runs the day-to-day work.

Every portal has the same modules:
- a member register and directory of organisations and people
- events and tickets, with registration, check-in and follow-ups
- news, insights and resources for members to read and save
- discussions and direct messages
- email campaigns to audiences you define
- surveys
- membership billing, with tiers and card payments through your own Stripe account
- an AI assistant that answers members' questions from the portal's own content
Two portals, one sign-in
Members use the member portal. Administrators use the administrator portal, where each person can be given full access or limited to specific areas. A person has one account and can belong to more than one portal. Every portal's data is kept apart from every other organisation on Portava, in the database itself.
