The administrator portal is where your team runs the organisation. Its navigation is below. Each administrator can be given full access or restricted to specific areas.
Every day
- Dashboard: membership, event and content analytics, and a list of what needs attention.
- Approvals: one queue for member applications, member-submitted content, refund requests and reports.
- Members: the register, companies, profile questions, invitations and contacts.
- Events: create events, sell tickets, check people in and send follow-ups.
Content and communications
- Content: news, insights, resources and discussions.
- Communications: email campaigns, audiences and templates.
- Surveys: write, target, promote and read the results.
Operations
The weekly work that has a queue, a state or a log: moderation, email settings, billing (member payments, invoices and subscriptions), the portal's security posture and the activity log.

What you configure once: organisation details, your team and their access areas, membership (tiers, the public join page, approval rules, member questions and rules), integrations, and Plan & billing.
