Using the resource centre
The guides, documents and collections the organisation keeps for members, and how to find things in them.
This article is for members of an organisation that uses Portava.
In short
- Resources are organised by category and into curated collections.
- Search reads inside documents, not just titles.
Resources is the organisation's library of guides, templates, documents and links for members.
Finding things
- Browse by category, or open a collection. A collection is a set of resources the organisation has put together around a theme.
- Search looks inside documents as well as titles, so a phrase from a guide will find it.
- The assistant answers questions from the same library and links you to the resource it used.
Saving and downloading
Save a resource to come back to it, or download an attached document. Some resources open on the organisation's own website instead.
If you cannot find something you expect to be there, the organisation's team may hold it elsewhere. Ask through Support.
