Moderation, flags and rules
What happens when a member flags a post, and the rules that catch things first.
This article is for the administrators who run an organisation's Portava portal.

Flags
Any member can flag a discussion post or a comment. Flagged items appear under Moderation in Operations, with who flagged them and why. You can leave the post up, hide it, or remove it, and you can message the author.
Rules
Moderation rules catch things before anyone sees them. They are words or patterns that hold a post for review automatically, and they are set under Moderation. A held post is invisible to members until someone on the team releases or removes it.
Quarantine
A post that is held or hidden is also removed from the assistant's index. This means it cannot be quoted in an answer.
Who can moderate
Anyone on the team with the Moderation area. Members with the content manager role can act on discussions only.
