Integrations: Stripe, HubSpot, your website, accounting and sign-in
Stripe payments, HubSpot CRM sync, the WordPress plugin, accounting packages, Google sign-in and single sign-on, and where each lives.
In short
- Integrations live under Settings, then Integrations, in the administrator portal.

Integrations live under Settings, then Integrations, in the administrator portal. Each is a card with a live status and one action.
Stripe
Card payments for membership fees and event tickets, through your own Stripe account. The money settles into your Stripe balance; Portava never holds it. You connect Stripe from Settings, then Membership, under Card payments. The Integrations card shows whether payments and payouts are enabled.
HubSpot
Connect your organisation's own HubSpot account to sync members, leads and companies into your CRM. You choose what to sync and which member fields go across, and you can record members' email consent in HubSpot too.
Your website
The Portava WordPress plugin shows your portal's content on your own site: published public events (visitors click through to the portal to book), news articles in full, and the directory of member organisations. Switch on the modules you want and create a key for the plugin here.
Accounting
Invoices and payments for memberships and event tickets can be sent to Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage 50 or Sage 200. One package is connected at a time, and a package appears only where it is enabled for your portal. Ask us if you do not see yours.
Sign-in
- Google sign-in is switched on or off in your sign-in policy.
- Single sign-on with your organisation's identity provider, such as Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace, is set up by the Portava team where your organisation uses one.
