If your company pays for your membership
Who receives the invoices, and what you can see.
This article is for members of an organisation that uses Portava.
In short
- A company membership is held by the company; invoices go to its main contact.
- Colleagues are added by the main contact or the organisation.
Some memberships are held by a company rather than a person. If yours is, your access comes through your employer's membership.
What that means for you
- Your Billing page names who pays for the membership.
- Invoices go to whoever holds the company's membership, usually the main contact. They do not appear on your Billing page.
- Renewal reminders go to that person too.
Adding colleagues
Company memberships can cover several people, up to the number the tier allows. The main contact, or the organisation's team, can add or remove colleagues.
If something looks wrong
If you think you should be on your company's membership and are not, or you cannot see something a colleague can, ask your main contact first, then the organisation's team through Support.
