How to get help

Prospects email support@portava.ai; administrators use the Support page or email; members contact their own organisation first.

In short

  • Prospects and administrators can email support@portava.ai.
  • Administrators report problems from the Support page and follow the status inside the portal.
  • Members contact their own organisation; the Portava team does not hold a member’s record.

Where to go depends on who you are. The Portava team supports organisations; each organisation supports its own members.

If you are considering Portava

Email support@portava.ai, or use the request-access form to tell us about your organisation. We read every request ourselves.

If you are an administrator

Open Support from your account menu in the administrator portal. It has:

  • Help Centre articles and Academy guides, searched together.
  • Ask AI, which answers from those guides and from your portal's own data.
  • Report a problem: choose the type and urgency, describe what happened and attach a screenshot if it helps. You get a reference straight away, and the Support requests tab shows each request's status (New, In progress, Waiting on you, Fixed) and the team's replies.

You can also email support@portava.ai.

If you are a member

Your organisation is your first contact. It holds your membership record; the Portava team does not, so we cannot see or change it. The Help page in your portal has articles, an assistant that answers from them, and your organisation's contact email.

Where the Help Centre is

Inside every portal. Members open Help from their account menu; administrators open Support from theirs. Both are searchable, and the assistant on each side answers from the same articles.
